This coffee is made exclusively from the Arabica variety, which is digitally sorted before roasting. Thanks to the resealable metal tin that keeps the coffee fresh, Illy coffee is ideal even for irregular coffee drinkers. Illy coffee has a strong, intense aroma. It is a blend of nine types of Arabica coffee. Its taste is balanced and lingers on your tongue long after finishing the cup. Its crema is 2–4 mm high, with a hazelnut to dark brown color, reddish reflections, and slight streaks. Illy coffee has a low caffeine content (max 1.5%).
