The coffee beans themselves are slowly roasted at a relatively high temperature in small doses. Thanks to this process, the negative properties (acidity and bitterness) are reduced to a minimum and the coffee thus acquires perfect fullness and taste.

The Izzo Coffee roastery was founded in 1979 in the small town of Boscoreale at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. The town lies within sight of the ancient city of Pompei. Its founder, Izzo Vincenzo, has been working with enthusiasm and dedication for over 30 years to create a true Neapolitan espresso.
