Arabica coffee beans from Brazil, Colombia, and Peru are perfectly balanced with Robusta coffee. The espresso has a medium-full body and sweetness, with notes of caramel, freshly baked cookies, and dried fruit.
Three varieties of Arabica coffee are used. The first is Santos, a natural Arabica that is well-balanced, with medium density and an elegant sweetness featuring a pronounced cocoa aftertaste and subtle plum notes. The other two varieties represent washed Arabica coffees. One comes from Colombia (with hints of honey, fresh butter, and delicate floral notes of bergamot and orange), and the other from Peru (with a touch of fresh flowers). The Robusta comes from India and Vietnam, adding structure and spicy notes to the blend.
