Blend of Arabica coffee beans from Brazil and Peru. Brazilian natural Arabica from the Santos region contributes to the sweetness and texture of the cup. From Peru, "washed Arabica" is added to the mixture: using this additional processing step at the point of origin, the coffee beans are left for about 3 days in tanks of water. Fermentation will affect the taste of the coffee, which is characterized by greater freshness and more pronounced acidity and aroma.
