A new product from Pellini Caffé’s roasting line focuses on varieties sourced from biodynamic farms in Central and South America. The coffee beans undergo a classic washing process to better convey their aromatic notes.
A blend of 100% Arabica, slowly roasted using the traditional Venetian method, creates a beautifully airy espresso with delicate honey and chocolate tones. The resulting crema is strong and perfectly integrated with the structure of the entire drink. For this blend, Pellini selects only larger beans capable of delivering the desired aftertaste, cup fullness, and flavor stability.
