What makes Illy coffee unique?

- low caffeine content
During packaging, pressurized inert gas is added to the tin, which does not react with the coffee blend. This allows Illy coffee to retain its rich aroma and flavor for many months. Thanks to special cooling and packaging methods, Illy produces coffee with a moisture content of less than 1% (which is five times lower than that of other types).
