Caffé Izzo Silver is designed for premium espresso preparation. 250g pack, ground coffee.
Izzo Silver is a coffee with dense crema and a full, slightly spicy flavor. It is especially suitable for small cups of espresso, particularly ristretto. The coffee is traditionally packed in a vacuum using nitrogen, which slows down aging and reduces oxygen that causes oxidation. This ensures the blend retains its flavor and freshness even up to 3 years after production.
The coffee beans are slowly roasted at relatively high temperatures in small batches. This process minimizes negative characteristics (acidity and bitterness), resulting in a perfectly full-bodied and balanced taste.

The Izzo Coffee roastery was founded in 1979 in the small town of Boscoreale at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, near the ancient city of Pompeii. Its founder, Vincenzo Izzo, has spent over 30 years passionately working to create authentic Neapolitan espresso. The company has also expanded by opening a chain of Izzo cafés, promoting its exclusive coffee through various business initiatives and events.
