The Gaggia Cadorna Prestige is the most advanced coffee machine in the Cadorna series. It features a fully automatic milk system, a precise ceramic grinder with 10 grind settings, a removable brewing unit, and a fast-heating stainless steel boiler that allows coffee preparation approximately one minute after start-up.
Operation is via a color TFT display with backlit buttons, allowing users to navigate an intuitive interface with Czech localization. The machine offers 14 pre-programmed recipes with adjustable dose, temperature, water, and milk quantity. Modified beverages can also be saved in four user profiles. Available drinks include café au lait, cortado, latte macchiato, and XL cappuccino. Espresso, cappuccino, and black coffee can be prepared with a single button (One-Touch). The integrated milk carafe is removable, and the machine automatically performs a thorough rinse of both the milk system and coffee circuits after each use.
