Dr. Coffee C12

Dr Coffee C12 is a semi-professional coffee machine equipped with a seven-inch touchscreen with an anti-glare surface, an automatic milk system, a ceramic grinder with a lifespan of 500 kilograms of coffee, and a four-liter water tank. The coffee machine can also be connected to a barrel system. The C12 model offers 15 pre-programmed recipes, which can be parametrically adjusted and saved into eight user profiles. The machine’s brewing unit has a capacity of 16 grams, allowing for the quick preparation of a double espresso or two regular coffees simultaneously, and it is also equipped with a new patented system for dynamic adjustment of extraction pressure based on the type of beverage being prepared.

The recommended daily load for the coffee machine is 30 servings, but it can produce up to 70 servings per hour. It also features an automatic cleaning program, including customizable scheduled cleaning. The adjustable dispensing unit allows the use of tall cups for authentic Caffe Latte or Latte Macchiato.
