 Lucaffé Mamma Lucia coffee was created especially for use in gastronomy. A high-quality coffee with an excellent price-to-performance ratio. Mamma Lucia is made from a blend of 40% Arabica and 60% Robusta sourced from Central and South America. Traditional Italian slow roasting in a rotating drum helps to largely eliminate undesirable bitterness, resulting in a very smooth yet strong coffee with a hint of chocolate. Mamma Lucia is a medium-strong coffee with light crema and higher caffeine content, ideal for preparing espresso both with a portafilter and using coffee machines.
