This coffee has everything that pure Arabicas are known for (elegance, delicacy, variety of flavors), PLUS what pure Arabica lacks (rich crema, full body). It is sweet and strong, incredibly smooth and balanced with delicate notes of bitter chocolate, nuts, and fruit — simply magic. Followed by an intense, exciting, and always surprising aftertaste. Arabica to Robusta ratio is 70:30.
"Mago" is a blend made from seven types of the world’s best coffee beans. A gently roasted coffee that cleverly intertwines original recipes. We roast carefully selected coffee beans from Brazil, Central America, and Indonesia. Only three people in the world know how to achieve the perfect harmony of the blend, slower roasting time, temperature, and the organoleptic and olfactory properties needed for all authentic Caffé Barbera cups. "Mago" represents top coffee quality, a magical combination of strength and elegance.
The Barbera family company is the oldest coffee producer in Italy with a tradition since 1870. It still holds the Italian Knight Order for work, awarded by King Victor Emmanuel II for the art of coffee roasting.
