"Classica" is a blend composed of five types of world coffee beans. The beans are selected from Brazil, Central America, and Indonesia, and are roasted under careful supervision. Only three people in the world know how to achieve the perfect harmony of the blend, with slower roasting time, temperature control, and the organoleptic and olfactory properties required in all authentic cups of Caffé Barbera. "Classica" is a pure expression of the beloved Neapolitan-style espresso.

The Barbera family company is the oldest coffee producer in Italy with a tradition since 1870. It still holds the Italian Knight Order for work, awarded by King Victor Emmanuel II for the art of coffee roasting.
